Greetings playground!

For an NPC, i am looking for ways to build a wizard (lvl 8 upwards) (all first party sources for PRC's etc. allowed) that is very non-combative and good in her alignment but would rather focus on healing, maybe building prosthetics. Any input and ideas to this would be much appreciated.

Arcane disciple (healing domain) isn’t incredibly powerful for a pc but it would let him make and use cure wands for example.

+ Touch of Healing (reserve healing feat)
or

Silverbrow Human (or any other race that counts as dragon, e.g. Deewyrm Half-drow )
+ Draconic Aura: Vigor (feat)

With access to healing spells you can pick up the reverse healing feat.
This gives you the ability to heal at will as long as the target is under half max HP

The Draconic aura works similar. It gives basically fast healing up to half max hp as aura.

Pick the one option that you like

Pick buff and support spells as you wish.

3rd level Sleet Storm (combined with a druid allies or a wand of snowsight, Sleet Storm is awesome as is but with a metamagic rod of sculpt you can make it smaller / or affect 4 different enemies in all directions), and the
4th level Wall of Fog and/or Wall of Sand.

The tactic is using multi target Blindness and Movement Retention, to shut down your enemies making healing less necessary. All of those spells I mentioned above are no save spells so a max Int is less important to you than other wizards even though you want at least a mediocre Int.

While the rest of the combat is a wand of healing, "close wounds" as an immediate action wand, etc.

Likewise while a Wizard is awesome an Archivist is similar in mechanics and has many healing spells directly on its list. It is free on the WOTC website here.

The Silver Pyromancer PrC can add all Paladin spells to your Wizard spell list, but you'd lose a caster level.

The Recaster and Wyrm Wizard can add a few spells to your Wizard spell list, but you'd lose caster levels.

It's a long wait, but eventually the Rainbow Servant PrC can add all Cleric spells to your Wizard spell list. The table indicates that you'd lose four levels of casting, but the test indicates that the PrC fully advances spellcasting.

The War Weaver PrC is an amazing class for an arcane caster looking to cast spells on his allies.

I agree with honestly doing both of these. Between Aura/Reserve Feat to bring anyone up to half HP, and the arcane disciple you've got a fair selection of healing spells, and a lot of at will healing.

Since there was a mention in the OP of prosthetics, I'd recommend checking out feats for Grafts. I am not sure which ones have good replacement arms/legs, but there's bound to be a couple that would be suitable without being evil. I'd probably lean towards Construct Grafter, so you just give people mechanical legs/arms.

A second instance of Arcane Disciple for the Renewal Domain gets you access to Restoration and Remove Disease, which may also be worth it for such a character.

Magic of the Land feat (RotW) lets you add healing to your buffs. Make a DC 15+spell level Knowledge (nature) check, and the spells heals 2 points per spell level in addition to it's other effects.

Only works in natural settings, though...

An Anima Mage binding Tenebrous and handing out Healing Devotions like they're halloween candy.

The fun bit with Healing Dev is that if you grant it to someone else, they don't start healing immediately unless they're at 0 hp or below, because as per the wording, they gain the benefit of the feat for a single use, which is to use an immediate action to gain fast healing. That lets you not simply heal out of combat but preemptively heal before you ever see combat using your allies' action economy and you can stock your allies with multiple uses since you get a fresh turn attempt to blow on it every 5 rounds from Tenebrous.

Unearthed Arcana has domain wizards, so copying the healing domain from the cleric spell list shouldn't be a major issue, especially for an NPC.
