So in 1250, Serini tells us she's forgotten a lot of stuff with age, and that she could wipe out all her remaining memories (https://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots1250.html).

But as we saw back on the next-to-last panel of page 1138 (https://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots1138.html), forgotten thoughts do not disappear completely: they go to the Astral Plane.

So, how can this information be relevant to the story? My guess is that probably it won't be: Haley said she doesn't really need whatever information Serini has. And even if there's something important Serini forgot about, finding it on the Astral Plane without direct divine intervention seems unlikely, as Thor himself mentions on the next page (https://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots1139.html).

But there's a nonzero probability of it mattering! Maybe one of the things Serini forgot is the true identity of Redcloak's Niece! Or maybe she knows which afterlife Miko is in!

Maybe Belkar will be afflicted by a curse that locks him in the Astral Plane (making him not long for this world), and he will wander around trying to find Serini's memories. Maybe once the cult of Banjo takes off, he can use his divine power to help Haley's mom (who is a celestial and also somehow alive) find Serini's memories,

The point being, I was rereading and noticed the panel with forgotton thoughts, which I had ironically forgotton about. So I decided to make a silly thread about it.

I, for one, do not find Banjo using his divine power to help Haley's mom (who is a celestial and also somehow alive) find Serini's memories very sully at all, thank you very much. In fact, I firmly believed that you've spoiled the ending of the comic for me, and now that I know the destination, I have no choice but to enjoy the journey. THANKS A LOT.

I picked a heck of a day to stop detecting sarcasm.
