The Wyrm Wizard has the Spell Research ability, which allows the addition of spells from other class lists, including divine spells. The text states that “You can add this spell to your arcane spellcasting class spell list as a spell of the same level; all other aspects of the spell remain unchanged.”

So if a divine spell is added to the arcane spell list, does the Wrym Wizard cast it as a divine spell? Or is it instead considered an arcane spell, since it’s now on the caster’s arcane spell list?

Spell Research gives you the specific exception to add a spell to your arcane spellcasting class spell list (even if divine). It doesn't provide you with the ability of casting divine spells. Unless you wanna call out the ability as dysfunctional, we have to assume that this means that you cast the spell as arcane spell and that all other aspects remain unchanged.
