I've looked for one, but haven't found anything much to help.

I found out about the Horns of Plenty, and they are useful. Ad I recently stumbled across the feat Secret Capital which is also really useful.

But does anyone know of anything else that would help with the downtime building rules for pathfinder?

What are you looking for, exactly? Just feats, magic items, and spells that interact with the Downtime rules?

Focused Worker (https://www.aonprd.com/FeatDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Focused%20Worker) and Focused Overseer (https://www.aonprd.com/FeatDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Focused%20Overseer) are two more feats. Focused Overseer in particular has potential synergy with Secret Capital or the Duskwalker Agent trait.

Prosperous Room (https://aonprd.com/SpellDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Prosperous%20Room) and Business Booms (https://aonprd.com/SpellDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Business%20Booms) are two spells that interact with the Downtime rules. Teleport Structure (https://aonprd.com/SpellDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Teleport%20Structure) is sort of between Downtime and Kingdom Building.

You can look up discussions of the Lyre of Building and how it would interact with Labor capital, but that involves the GM making some calls and either double-checking math or doing math.

Pretty much, yes. Thanks.
I know many people don't like the downtime rules, but I do. I'll keep looking...

There aren't a whole lot of things, between being mostly a self-contained subsystem that only got touched upon in two books and then was basically abandoned and their general dislike of magic-users having a whole lot of extra ways to interact with the subsystem compared to non-casters.

I see it as a mechanism for the classic high level character goal. Rogue builds a Thieves Guild, Fighter builds a Mercenary Company, or builds a Castle, Wizard builds a Tower and takes on Apprentices, Cleric builds a Church full of Acolytes...etc...

Or like we have done in our current game, party buys a Tavern/Inn as their base of operations.

I love it honestly. I use it all the time. Whether I want to use it as directed or hire spies or a company of guards to operate along a caravan route the party just cleared or hire a staff of valets to make me look all noble. I think it deserved a lot more love, and I really wish the star finder ship system looked more like it than it does. Even from VERY low level a team or two can be a very effective buy for a party, whether you want to lead a mercenary company or be a player in the underworld or just look less like a murder hobo.

How would the Duskwalker Agent trait interact with the Downtime building rules? Increase profits by 10%? Reduce building purchase prices by 10%?

So long as a building counts as an item and you purchase it there, yes. If it does not count as an item, then no.

I think it would only apply to acquiring capital IN the appropriate area, although capital is somewhat abstracted so it might be that only Goods and Magic capital can be items, and even then it's somewhat muddy, IIRC.
