Uh, knight of the Rose? Full casting, full BAB, needs levels in two other hard to enter prestige classes that are considerably worse to enter.

If we're naming monsters, nominate the dread blossom swarm from MMIII (there's a giantitp post about using symbiotic with it for fun and profit) and the bloodthorn from Fiend Folio. You may also like the topiary guardian template or woodling template from MMIII.

In b4 Petal, the miniature race.Petals are great beacause Pixies are fun but +4 LA isn't. Petals lose the invisibility but have enough stat mods to still be fun characters.

Anyway, a few rosey spells:

Sleep uses Rose petals as a material component. Reminded me of Wizard of Oz, except that was poppies.

Brambles makes spikes "like rose thorns" grow on a wooden weapon.

Poison Thorns is a 5th level druid spell. It's an upgraded Thornskin. It describes you growing rose-like thorns.

Rain of Roses is Druid 7. It makes Roses fall from the sky and wis-damage evil people in an 80' radius cylinder. If they're unable to exit quickly, you can knock them down to 0 wis in a few rounds.

Rosemantle is a crappy first-level spell that delays poison and raises pain tolerance for R/L.

As such a bunch of rose themed things exist.

PRC Rose Warden is a Sheylin PRC. Black Thorn Knights also use a rose motif, no relation.

All fo these items have roses engraved in them or otherwise incorporated and/or have rose-related effects.

Rosewood armor (literally armor spikes made of living rose thorns that need watering)
Everbloom thorn (a mace that disguises itself as a rose pedant)

Speaking of PF, there’s Milani, the lesser goddess of devotion, hope, and uprisings. Her obedience involves meditating among roses planted yourself, and her symbol is a rose growing in bloody cobblestones.

Her future within the lore of Golarion is likely going to change soon given her association with Halflings in Cheliax and a particular kind of uprising. She’ll probably just become a goddess of revolutions completely and lose the other association.

Heaven's Thorn (BOVD): one shot item that stuns good outsiders.

Infusions (MotW p.31): work similarly to scrolls, but are based on herbs and plants, including roses and other flowers. Requires the feat Create Infusion.

Rose of Kings (Dragon Compendium): not really a rose, but a chalice made to resemble a rose.
