So from what I have read someone can ready action to attack an enemy when he starts casting a spell in order to force Concentration Check equal to 10 + Damage Taken + Spell Level.

Distracting Spellcasters
You can ready an attack against a spellcaster with the trigger "if she starts casting a spell." If you damage the spellcaster, she may lose the spell she was trying to cast (as determined by her Concentration check result).

My Question: If there are for example 4 archers with readied action waiting to interrupt a spellcaster. Does that spellcaster needs to make 4 separate Concentration Checks for each Damage Taken or does the Damage Taken is summed up making it pretty much impossible for him to beat the DC from all the damage taken.

You don't sum the damage, one concentration check per instance that you take damage.
