How to become a Radiant Servant of Pelor in Faerun?

So, was looking at this PrC and wondered how does one by RAW attain this class? Sure one could convert it to Radiant Servant of Lathander, but quite a bit of its thing is healing, but specifically healing from the healing domain... not just any conjuration (Healing) spell... So if one wants to take full advantage of the healing boons, what does one do?

Wait until epic level to pick up extra domain (Healing) or what? There seem to be no Farunian deity who has both sun and healing domain!

So what do?

Well, the obvious answer is "you don't". It's a prestige class meant to represent servants of Pelor, a god of Greyhawk.
Otherwise, well, despite having a number of abilities that boost your Healing domain spells the class doesn't actually require that you have that domain - in fact, if you really wanted to you could worship Pelor and go with Good, Sun, and Strength as your three domains! I wouldn't recommend it, but it's a thing you could do. Level 2/6/10 kind of become dead levels except for the spellcasting increase, but yeah.

If you want to adapt it to Faerûn and have everything work nicely including the healing, though, then all you need to do is start to look at the broader theology.

Skerrit, a Centaur god, is given super-brief stats in Complete Divine p.124: NG, Animal, Healing, Plant, Sun.
He's worshiped by the centaurs of Evermeet and that's basically it on Toril, I think. (He's also got worshippers on Oerth.)

Iallanis, a Giant god, is given a similarly brief table entry in Faiths & Pantheons p.221: NG, Good, Healing, Strength, Sun. (She's also Defenders of the Faith, p.94 for the table entry and p.96 for a single-paragraph description.)
I think she's originally from the 2E Forgotten Realms book Giantcraft?

Given how interconnected the settings have been historically you could also, of course, just be a literal worshiper of Pelor. Or Apollo, perhaps - he got a brief mention in an old module and that's basically it as far as Faerûn goes, but it's precedent.

As always, though, remember that the person who ultimately decides what happens here is the DM, not the player.

If it's the Healing domain you're after as a Radiant Servant of Lathander, then by RAW, and from within the setting itself: Heretic of the Faith from Power of Faerun. Pick up a domain outside your god's normal domains. You just have to really watch your step almost as much as a Paladin does.

There is no actual requirement to have the healing domain to be a Radiant Servant of Pelor. The description of 'spell from the Healing domain' mostly seems to refer to the spells that are specifically in the domain but which are available to all clerics.

I would also argue that Lathander not having the Healing domain is largely just an oversight and the similar Restoration domain should be enough to justify letting you have healing as a domain.
