Creatures that grant permanent buffs?

Hello all,

I know that the Succubus (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/outsiders/demon/succubus/) can grant a Profane Gift, and the Nemisis Devil's (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/outsiders/devil/devil-nemesis/) Devil Mark can grant a spell-like, while the Mix Couatl (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/outsiders/couatl/couatl-mix/) can grant a class skill.

Setting aside simple spellcasting (and things directly duplicated by spells), are there any other monsters that can grant folks Permanent (or Instant) bonuses?

Apply potentially useful templates:
Any Natural Lycanthrope (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/lycanthrope/) can make you an infected lycanthrope.
Vampirism (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/vampire/) is contagious, if you have enough HD (in animals too in Pathfinder, apparently. New meaning to "vampire bat" ... note: Has several flavors).

Note: Many of these have drawbacks, risks, costs, and such (examples: Succubus has telepathy with you, and can use Suggestion on you from any range, can end it to deal you Charisma drain, too; Devil Mark lets the devil hit you with 6d6 damage whenever he feels like it; Gift of Knowledge means you have to let the beast use an hour-long modify memory on you; Nymph has Status on you, and the Muse can teleport to you whenever; et cetera), and most of them can be ended at will by the giver. You're quite often literally making a deal with a demon/devil. Read them carefully!

Most of them are compatible; the flavors of Inspiration are not (same named bonus type to the same things). Succubus / Liltu stacking is debatable; it definitely won't work on the same score, but they're differently named abilities, so the clause about only one profane gift inherited by the Liltu ability ("This functions identically to a succubus’s profane gift ability, save that...") may or may not apply, depending on the dm.

But other than those two sets? Take as many as you can find and are willing to risk. They're really random and different.

Templates... probably in general, when they can reasonably be called buffs. Those that turn you NPC not so much.
