Hi there,

I need some help optimizing my character, is my first time playing pathfinder and I'm playing a lvl 3 Lunar Oracle on a campaign that it's supossed to reach lvl 20 eventually, my build was entirely focused on paragon surge for crazy shenanigans and cast almost "everything" (improved eldirtch heritage and expanded arcana) and Elf favored class bonus for an OP companion (Oracle: Add +1/2 to the oracle’s level for the purpose of determining the effects of one revelation), but the DM pointed out that was errated to +1/6, wich means it's 3 times worse.

Any idea on how can I tune up my companion to compensate the errated favored class bonus?, I know nothing can be near as good as +1/2, but maybe I missed some feat/trait/favored thing that can push the companion further.

This is my current and planed build:
Oracle Lunar Myster (for companion via primal companion and CHA to AC via prophetic armor)
Stats: 10, 10, 10, 13, 10, 20
Race Half-Elf for the Elf favored class bonus, paragon surge and skill focus knowledge (requirement for some feats via paragon surge)
Blackened curse for some wizard spells at the beginning
Archetype Ancient Lorekeepr for Knowledge Arcane skill and some wizards spells
Feats: Noble Scion War (for CHA to initiative), some metamagic that I didn't choose yet, I was thinking on chain leadership too, idk yet
Possible Oracle Feats for the companion: spirit's gift (Stone: dr5/adamantine), Evolved Companion, Stalked Focus

Companion:
Cat, Big (Tiger), with eventually 3 int so I can choose any feat, maybe going full grapple, or something.

Any ideas on how to improve the companion even further?, I was thinking on pushing the size dmg, item with animal growth, strong jaw, improved natural attack, deadly grappler, rending claw blade item, kikko armor barding, etc.

Surely I missed a lot of things, because they are a ton of books and sites, so any input will be apreciated.

Thanks in advance for any tip!

So the question is, what do you want your character to focus on? In combat, are you going to be attacking in melee, or archery, or blasting spells, or debuff/crowd controll, or buffing your allies, or healing? Because that rather affects what feats and items you should consider.

It also affects your stats. Putting 10s in everything is not all that helpful, you probably want to increase a few stats to specialize on, and dump a few others. Also consider: if you want wizard spells, why not outright play a wizard? If you want to max out your companion, why not play a hunter?

This is ultimately a team game, so being a specialist in one or two things (and relying on teammates for the rest) is more productive than being average-to-okay in everything.

Hi, sry for the delay, vacation and stuff.

Because is our first time playing Pathfinder, the DM is letting us modify certain things on the way, so I dumped STR and DEX, my current stats are 7, 7, 14, 10, 16, 22, the character is a full caster with a companion, so my idea is CHA to everything (currently AC, Initiative and Reflex Saves), and the companion is a tiger. I also need some help finding OP metamagic shenanigans as well as with pumping up the companion.
