The hagbound archtype for the Witch class forbids taking level of other classes, what about Prestige classes? Would be possibile for a hagbound taking levels in a prestige class?

I'd be inclined to say no. In pathfinder, Prestige Classes (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/Classes/#Prestige_Classes) are generally treated as a subset of regular classes.
