Bards of this college learn to tell epic sagas and imbue them with magic to summon out the heroes and characters from their stories.
here is my idea:
you have some stories that you know. When you have one active you gain a benefit at the beginning of each of your turns. these would usually be summoning something but sometimes a buff. minor characters would stay in the same place and give a buff to creatures nearby. major characters would be customizable and the damage source.
