AL Tool Expertise

I am trying to find AL sources of Tool Expertise OTHER than artificer level 6. Does anyone know of some?

Only one I can think of is rogue expertise (thieves' tools only).

Some mods hand out double your proficiency bonus on X skill checks as a story award, but I’m not sure which ones and if they apply to tools.

Sorry for the late reply, I saw this thread when it first popped up and I had just seen exactly this, but couldn't for the life of me remember where.

It's the Rune Knight. Specifically the fire rune. Available three levels earlier than the artificer.
