Henchmen/Construct/Companion Character Sheets

Anybody know where I can find some character sheets that fit everything youd need for a few companion creatures? Something like 3 or four to a page. I seem to be developing quite a few minions

Any spreadsheet like excel can work quickly and easily. Pick out the select info you need and boom, done.
