Youtube Shorts Help

I've just recently started trying to make my own Youtube Shorts, intent is to do it without voice over and so I'm using text. I don't actually browse Shorts on my phone, I use my laptop, so I only noticed today by chance that the automatic display of the video title, channel title, and subscribe button overlap the text that I'm trying to use in the video (as best I can tell this only shows up when viewing the videos through the shorts feed, and not when viewing it via. a computer). Is there a way to change where these display? And does it stay there for the duration of a video? Ideally I don't want to have to move where I add the text. Thanks in advance for any responses.
