Old Materials Book

Many moons ago, a certain treasure generator insisted on giving me a bunch of armor/weapon "art objects". Like silver, gold, platinum, or electrum armor and weapons. This led me to find a sourcebook with information on how a bunch of material types affected armor or weapons.

Fast forward to today, and I can no longer find that sourcebook. I've checked to confirm it is not Arms and Equipment or 3rd party Arms and Armor. I believe, but am not sure, that it is a 3rd party book. Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

Gold/Platinum weapons a.k.a Heavy weapons are in Magic of Faerun.

That's not it, unfortunately. Whichever book it was, it was predominantly about weapons, armors, and materials.

Maybe Arms and Armor by Bastion Press? I have the 3.5 version of this book, it's quite good for a 3rd party sourcebook.
