Lvl 3:
You are able to cast gust and thunderclap at will,without the raging restriction, additionally, while raging at times equal to your proficiency modifier you can add 1d6 lightning damage to one attack, this damage raises to 2d6 at 6th lvl, 3d6 at 10th lvl, and 4d6 at 14th lvl
Lvl 6:
You gain a 10 ft hovering speed, and your jump height and length is tripled
Lvl 10:
When you rage you are now electrically charged, when something hits you in melee or you hit something in melee they take 1d6 lightning damage, when you take the dash action anyone you run within 5 feet of has to make a dex save (against 8+con+prof) or take 2d6 lightning damage, also, once per rage you can cast lightning bolt
Lvl 14:
once per short or long rest, you can become an avatar of the storm, in this form you are
-huge
-have a flying speed of 30 ft
-have a +4 to ac
-have a +5 to all attack and damage rolls
-have an extra attack
You can rage in this from and it lasts for 10 min
