What is the cheapest magic item that protects the wearer against fatigue? Where can I find it? Any help?

It protects against fatigue and exhaustion for 21,500.

Excellent armor for any Barbarian (you know, for those people whose DMs make them keep track of fatigue after raging)

The Breath of the Waves graft (Magic of Eberron, pages 130-131) will let you remove many impeding conditions, such as fatigue and exhaustion, once per hour. It costs 9,000 gp and a 4 HP sacrifice.

Boots of the Unending Journey (MIC)
Grants +10ft enhancement to move speed if you have a neutral component in your alignment, as well as immunity to fatigue and exhaustion if you're a worshipper of Fharlanghn with True Believer (and at least 7 HD). Costs 4k.
