looking for a magic item

Im looking for a specific robe/cloak for high level magic users. it had a bounch powers including recovering lost spells and i think armor bonuses or maybe SR or DR. I want to say it was a cloak of the archmagi but it is not the one in the DMG. the market price was around 200,000 gp.

anyone know what I'm talking about?

My guess is that you're referring to the Vest of the Archmagi in the Magic Item Compendium, but it's about spending prepared spells or unexpended spell slots to heal. It does have some limited pearl of power abilities as well though.

I believe you are talking about the Vest of the Archimagi from MIC. I should mention though that in the lore in it, it’s described as a sort of mythical item that probably doesn’t exist so you might need to get DM permission to get it.
