Elf Arcanist Pathfinder level 11

I could use some help putting together a decent
Level 11 Arcanist who likes to use Magic missle
I need other stuff but his main bag will be Magic missle

He'll have to be elf and I want him to use his Magic missle
To Debuff the foes

The foes have a good amount of SR I need to much through
So that's also a thing

Would like to semi mid max this build

You'll want Toppling Spell and Piercing Spell feats, and probably the Metamagic Master trait.

If your DM allows 3.5 spells, go Chain Missile plus Dazing Spell. Will Save vs Daze with Long Range and Damage.

Likewise Monte Cook on the wizards.com website in the spellbook archive had arcane bolt that does 1d6+1 instead of 1d4+1 magic missile, but it is Reflex half so if your DM allows this 3.0 spell in Pathfinder now you have a Reflex Save vs Daze in a 1st level spell plus whatever metamagic level is Dazing before any metamagic reducers, metamagic rods, etc.

I'd say the essential elements are:
Metamagic master/magical lineage trait
Dazing spell
Toppling spell

Since you say you're going up against a lot of does, I'd say spell penetration and maybe greater spell penetration are also important.

Quicken spell and improved initiative will also be nice and Toughness tends to be good to help elf arcanists and wizards survive.

Eventually you will probably want spell focus: evocation to boost the DC on your dazing spells. You can also boost the DC with your arcana points.

So, you might be looking at something like this
1. Metamagic master and your choice of +2 initiative or +1 fortitude trait. Toppling spell feat
3. Spell penetration
5. Dazing spell
7. Quicken spell, improved initiative, or Toughness
9. Greater spell penetration
11. Another of Quicken spell, improved initiative, or Toughness

At your spell levels, you have the usual options plus:
1. Toppling magic missile
3. Dazing magic Missile
4. Quickened Magic Missile or dazing and toppling magic missile
5. Quickened Toppling magic missile
