Am I using Uncanny Trickster right?

Thematically having Uncanny Trickster in the progression works which is nice however I've only used Uncanny Trickster once before at the end of a level progression (not to extend a class beyond it's normal limits!) and with a different DM so I'd like to make sure it's being used correctly. Does a 'skip' or a 'continue' happens in relation to levels after the Uncanny modded class levels?

So the benefit of using Uncanny Trickster in this instance is getting a BAB 1 point higher (and a little more to Saves which I've not shown) at the cost of level progression being 1 behind which I can live with. Power level wise I'm not going to be overtaking the rest of the group with it, if anything the extra attack if it lands occasionally will bring me to about par.

I think the main question is, are you using fractional BAB and saves, or not? That would determine the answer. If you aren't using fractional, the BAB and saves would go up where Uncanny Trickster says they ought to: you'd gain +2 reflex and +0 BAB at Uncanny Trickster 1, +1 BAB and +1 reflex at Uncanny Trickster 2, and +1 BAB, +1 Fort, and +1 will at Uncanny Trickster 3.

If you're using fractional, then exactly when everything goes up would depend on how much the other previous classes were giving you. You'd add 3/4 BAB each level you take Uncanny Trickster, 1/2 Reflex, and 1/3 Fort and Will. (Note that you wouldn't get the extra +2 Reflex at the first level).

Where is this stated? It sounds reasonable enough, but I don't see that on p. 73 of Unearthed Arcana where they have the house rule for fractional saves.

Some people choose to modify the fractional bonus houserule by applying this houserule. As you mentioned, the fractional guideline from UA includes the +2 save bonus. (Look at the cleric/fighter example's fort save.)
