i have a idea for a character , that is a wizard whose spell book is magical queen insect and all of his spells are flavoured as bugs and was just wonder what subclass ,feats etc and what types of spells that i should choose

and i think the end goal for him would be to grow/create a new strong humanoid insect body for himself

Would a Druid work instead? They have access to some overtly insect-themed spells that Wizards do not, like Giant Insect and Insect Plague, plus Conjure Animals to summon Scorpions/Giant Fire Beetles/Giant Wasps/Giant Spiders. Spore Druid could fit the insect theme, but Land Druids are the most wizard-y of the Druid subclasses, and an Underdark Land Druid would have access to Web, Stinking Cloud, and Cloudkill, which are all on theme but normally not available to Druids. You could take the Ritual Caster Wizard feat for Wizard rituals, including Find Familiar for a pet spider (or a bat/owl refluffed as a large wasp/bee/etc.).

But if you're dead-set on it being an actual Wizard, a Conjuration Wizard using spells like Web, Stinking Cloud, and Cloudkill could be a backup option. They just don't have specifically insect-related spells other than Infestation, Web, and Spider Climb.

Luckily, literally any spell can be refluffed to include an insect theme. It'd all come down to how you describe the effects.

For race, consider the Dhampir from VRGtR. You could eliminate the undead/vampire connection and instead flavor it as some type of spider-kin. The bite attack and 24/7 Spider Climb would fit the theme nicely.

Order of the Scribe might be interesting. Re-flavor the Quill to be an insect that instructs the spellbook insect in the spells being copied, or writing scrolls by walking across the parchment. Or combine the quill and book into a single insect.

At 6th, Manifest Mind conjures the spellbook as a spectral tiny object. It could easily be an insectoid object.

At 10th, Master Scrivener could be the insect/spellbook/quill walking over the parchment and writing the scroll.

Your DM may allow the insect spells from the Druid list to be Wizard spells for you.

Necromancer would work too if you want to have their magic be fluffed as carrion bugs (e.g. beetles and scarabs) who crawl inside corpses to reanimarte them and such, or add insectoid flavor to some of their direct spells like Vampiric Touch causing you to drain a target through a proboscis that emerges from your hand etc.

Pretty easy to do with wizard spells with some imagination, for example...

Acid Splash Plague Lash (Tiny insects fly regureting acidic damage)
Chill Touch Death Beetles bite deep, seemingly draining the life of your target.
Control Flames Fire beetles surge forth from your hands, flying around the flames and granting you control.
Create Bonfire Fire beetles appear and explode around the twigs, creating a small bonfire
Dancing Lights You summon fireflies to create a dancing light effect

So on and so on.
