Help! I want to make some better undead for a campaign im running, and I ran into problems. I started a thread over in the regular section, but it quickly became homebrewey.
As it stands, I want to make some beefy ogre undead. I was told to try to apply the Ogre as a Character to a normal ghast, for that. I ended up with the following, but it leaves a lot of questions as to CR etc, and I was wondering if it wasnt easier to just have a template to toss onto whatever you were animating?
Anyhow, here is my tentative Ogre Ghast:

Hit Dice: 4d12 +3 (29 hp)
Initiative: +2
Speed: 30 ft. (6 squares)
Armor Class: 20 (+2 Dex, +9 natural, -1 size), touch 12, flat-footed 18
Base Attack/Grapple: +2/+14
Attack: Bite +10 melee (2d6+8 plus paralysis)
Full Attack: Bite +10 melee (2d6+8 plus paralysis) and 2 claws +8 melee (1d6+6 plus paralysis)
Space/Reach: 10 ft./10 ft.
Special Attacks: Ghoul fever, paralyis, stench

Thoughts? Adjustments? I think this thing would destroy my level 5 party as it stands...They will all end up paralysed and dead.
