Okay the party cleared Rappan Athuk. Now they are thinking of turning it into a giant water park destination resort with the goblins doing cleaning and room service...

How in the world does one even consider this? Now they want to know what type of revenue they are going to make off of it due to they think it will make coin from both the visitors from the Underdark and near by cities.

They are talking about using sculpt stone and other spells to smooth the water ways into slides and tunnels and install bars and sandy beaches.

Anyone have any ideas on what to do on this?

Considering the high amount of initial work and the fact that it mostly targets the rich, I'd say High capital, Medium Resources and High Risk is a good estimate for such a business, with the primary skill being Diplomacy or Perform (advertisement is the most important part of running an entertainment business), and secondary skills being Heal (to know how to mold the slides so that they are comfortable and won't hurt the customer) and Knowledge (Architecture and engineering) to maintain the resort.
