Hello, I know the answers aren't always clear cut. I'm working on a Rogue / Psi Warrior build and am considering going 2 weapon fighting.
2 Weapon Fighting positives I think are:
- bonus to attack damage with the second weapon attack.
- the more often I make a second attack the more often the character may get a sneak attack bonus.
2 Weapon Fighting negatives are
- the offhand attack uses a bonus action which usually I'll want to use for disengage
Dueling positives are
- Simple, one weapon, no bonus action, plus 2 to AC if I carry a shield.
- Simple plus 2 to damage rolls
- I can still make a second weapon attack but a less good one.
What are your thoughts and thanks in advance.
