Recently got into DnD. I want to make an Oathbreaker Paladin with Polearm Mastery and heard something about being about to share content to people from those who have a top tier account and those books purchased? Can someone share the required content with me to make my new character, please?

The person sharing the content has to own the book in question.
Have the Dungeon Master Tier.
And your character needs to be in their campaign.

You can, alternatively, just BUY the Paladin Oathbreaker class, rather than the whole book, which is what you should do, assuming your Dungeon Master doesn't own the book and doesn't have the DM Tier.
