[3rd Party] Body of Magic vs Antimagic Field

Hello all! Hope you're having a great time. I'd like to clear a doubt that is bugging me. Body of Magic is a veil introduced with the Kheshig class from Legendary Games. It grants the veilweaver bonuses to spellcraft, spell resistance, ways to counter spells/veils and at level 20ish, its bind ability allows your spell resistance to be applied to any spell that targets you, even if those spells don't allow spell resistance. The text uses the word "target" so I would assume it won't work against AMF, but all the writing suggests that the level 20 bind is intended to work against it...I just want to know if anyone has asked this question before and what did they rule, thoughts, etc. The exact text is: "Your spell resistance applies to all spells that target you, even if they don’t normally allow for spell resistance."
