I've been scouring the web for a prestige class that mixes a tome of battle class with psionics, with no luck. Has anyone ever found one?

No but if you don’t mind someone’s home brew I would suggest you could substitute psionic stuff for arcane magic stuff in Jade Phoenix Mage (Jade Phoenix Psionic?) and get pretty close to the mark.

Edit: Ninja’d!

If you don't want a jade phoenix manifester, you'll have to homebrew. There are quite a few here on the boards (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?187749-Dual-progression-PrC-initiator-manifester-3-5), so you can find something you like and adjust it how you want, but there are no official PrCs like what you want, to my knowledge.

You can, however, multiclass and use feats, since there are a number of those for initiator/manifester builds.

I don't mind using homebrew, but I don't know if the DM would allow that. I also looked at Jade Phoenix Mage as an idea to pitch to him, although the discipline selection is a bit rough. Right now, I'm looking at a mix of warmind and warblade. What feats might make up for splitting levels other than practiced manifester?

Right now, I'm looking at a mix of warmind and warblade. What feats might make up for splitting levels other than practiced manifester? There's always Supernatural Transformation (Psionics). Turn them thar power manifestings into supernatural abilities. Your ML equals your HD (plus whatever bonuses you've got), you don't need to worry about power resistance, your manifesting doesn't provoke AoOs, and you never have to make Concentration checks when manifesting. That can be a bit much for DMs not comfortable with heavier optimization, though.

Other than that, start investing in ML boosters and cost reducers to make up for your lower ML. Psionic orange ioun stones (as per the rules for psionic versions of magic items in the MIC), psionic arcanist gloves (same), and so on.

Also make sure to purchase maneuver items, so you can take a level or two in the initiator class(es) of your choice, then round out your maneuver list with items.

And if you're going to split your actions between manifesting and maneuvers, make sure to invest in powers and feats that improve your action economy. Linked Power + synchronicity is a great combo, since you can exchange, say, a swift action for a swift power and a standard action.

Shockingly, my Googling was only able to turn up one (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?80145-Battle-Psychic-Base-Class-(ToB-Psionics)-PEACH). I haven't read it yet, so I'm uncertain of the quality.

The only explanation I can come up with is that all the homebrewers must have felt that a Psionic/Martial Adept PrC was such a ripe candidate for Homebrew that there must surely already be scads of them out there, and thus decided not to add to the pile. Now that this oversight has been revealed, I imagine a bunch of homebrew Psionic/Martial PrCs will shortly pop up over on the homebrew forum. I'm certainly considering creating one. Maybe we can treat as a sort of informal mini-contest?

Maybe a Legacy Champion trick to add both manifester levels and initiator levels to act as a pseudo Theurge?

If you don't mind Pathfinder's Path of War material, Awakened Blade backports with ease, and doesn't necessarily require PoW material other than itself to function:

If Jade Phoenix Mage is mentioned - then why not Ruby Knight Vindicator too?
I mean: Ruby Disciple (https://web.archive.org/web/20120419135646/http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20030124c) is able to use either divine spells as psionic powers, or psionic powers as divine spells. So, RD/RKV?

Other than Awakened Blade, I have no idea. If delving into homebrew, I like the Gestalt Theurge (https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?427306-Prestige-Class-Gestalt-Theurge).

Closest to RAW I can think off is cheesing Bloodline by dipping into as many manifesting PrCs as possible to increase your IL before actually getting into an Initiator class. Each PrC dip will net +2 IL with 3 bloodline levels.

If you're starting at higher levels, you could always play a psion using a power stone of mind switch to become an illithid for awhile (they're psionic, right?), taking 3 levels in illithid savant, and using that to grab some high level maneuvers from a base initiator class or PrC of your choice. This costs 3 levels for illithid savant, and if you eat an initiator of approximately your level, it basically boosts your IL by about 1/2 your current HD, with maneuvers of your level rather than 1/2 your level. Alternatively, start as a psionic illithid (or half-illithid, or whatever) be an initiator/illithid savant and eat a psion, ardent, or whatever else you want for their powers and ML.

If we suggesting Illithid Savant for real, then how about the Emancipated Spawn?
Psion X/Ghoul (ECL 5)/Emancipated Spawn 2/Warblade ... (or Wilder X/Ghoul (ECL 5)/Emancipated Spawn 2/Crusader ...)

I'll second this recommendation for the Gestalt Theurge. One of the few homebrew approved at our table.

Thars a really elegant home-brew, thanks for the recommendation

You can run an Awakened Blade with ToB no problem. Pretty much spot on,

Many years ago, I made such a class called Diamond Heart (http://bg-archive.minmaxforum.com/index.php?topic=7686).
