Shooting the bow in the wind today I FINALLY thought, "Darn, DM'd for 3 years and I never had a battle where wind affected accuracy or spells."
So I am thinking a 30-40mph wind may cause disadvantage on shots over 60 feet some day when I DM.
What other weather effects arw hiding in the RAW?
What other effects should there be? Tear drop shaped Fireballs in near hurricane conditions? Maybe Fireball is too instant and magical though....
