In regard to running a Stone Juggernaut encounter: Devastating Roll is an action that steamrolls over characters that are prone. The slam attack is an action that can knock'em down, but then the PC will just get up in between Juggernaut actions. The Juggernaut will never really roll over a bunch of PCs like a imagined......over....

Devastating Roll isn't an action. It's just an ability attached to the monster's movement.

Right! ok. If I read it correctly there's a poison gas trap there that knocks PCs unconscious, which is prone, so maybe I'll get my wish,
