Switch Rouge for Spellthief and add that sweet Masterspellthief feat (but do read it correctly)

Rogue 1/Sorcerer 4/Unseen Seer 2 gets you up to the 3rd level spells required for both Arcane Trickster and Spellwarp Sniper and lets you avoid the caster level loss on all non divination spells from taking more Unseen Seer levels. Then go for Spellwarp Sniper 5 and finish with Arcane Trickster 8. That's how I would do it.

Second this. However, keep in mind that you will need 12 intelligence to comply with the skill requirements for unseen seer.

Eh... :smallconfused: At which level you're going to actually take the Spellswap?..

Spell Swap [metamagic feat]
Prerequisite: Wizard only. Spell Mastery. Train in Svimohzia.
Benefit: The wizard can "spontaneously" trade in another spell of the same level for a spell he or she has prepared (much like clerics trading for healing). The "spontaneous" spell must be one of those chosen for his Spell Mastery feat. He needs to make a Spellcraft check at DC 15+the spell's level to succeed. If he fails, he loses the slot for the day, as well as the preparation of both the spell he tried to "trade in" and the spell it was meant to replace.

Swaping sorcerer for wizard and going focused specialist would roughly give you the same ammount of spells per day as a sorcerer. On the other hand it would make your character less MAD, give you a free feat (combat wizard acf), sinergise better with feats like knowledge devotion, give you moke skill points (able learner says hello) and reduce the required levels before going into unseer seer by one give you better spell progression.

Also, seconding the spellthief instead of rogue, it's a great class feature for essentially a one level dop that you're gonna take anyway and a feat.

Let me mention a particularly painful Spellwarp combo.

Take the feat "Ocular Spell". Load up with "Transmute rock to mud" in one eye and "Desert Burial" (Dragon #331 page 71) in the other.

Later, in an encounter, fire the Transmute Rock to Mud eye at the rock beneath an enemy (if necessary) and Desert Burial at the enemy. With warping, this is an SR:No Save:No combo that leaves an enemy buried up to their neck in mud with a DC 15+caster level/2 strength or escape artist check to escape.
