I want to buy the Chalnath Pathfinders, but only them. Do I need to buy the Chalnath codex too, or are their data sheets included in the box?

Yes, you will need the Chalnath book if you want a physical copy of the rules, it's the only way (currently) to get them legitimately.

There are, however, other websites you can use.
