Can you combine more than one like divine magician and spontaneous domain casting in same build?

Yes, you can stack ACFs, so long as they don't both modify or replace the same feature. Divine Magician modifies the number of domains you get, and Spontaneous Domain Casting modifies Spontaneous Casting, so they stack. Two ACFs that replace Turn Undead, however, could not be taken simultaneously.

Anyway, yes. Wonton64 is correct, you can add any number of ACFs, even replacing your whole class, as long as they aren't replacing the same feature.

In fact this is very common with cleric.

Trade away turn undead for something, then regain turn undead later with Sacred Exorcist which retroactively stacks with cleric levels.
But then trade a domain away for a Devotion
But also take more ACFs that affect weapons and armor.

Sacred Exorcist levels only stack for turning with classes that grant the ability.
If you trade your cleric turning away the class no longer grants it so the levels don't stack.
