So after years of fiddling with this game I only just looked into Power of Faerun and I want to see if I have this correct. Your base Leadership score is now set as Level+Cha max 25, any modifiers that don’t otherwise specify, improve your Effective Leadership Score(ELS) into the Epic Leadership table.
Influence is based on your number of followers but also increases your ELS. Doesn’t this easily result in an infinite loop? Go Orc Warlord, Assemble the Horde and Extra Followers, even if they aren’t multiplicative you would only need to reach ELS 20 or so before it is self perpetuating. With just Extra Followers you would need to wait more, but the 1st lvl followers alone at 41+ would net you true infinite capacity.
