Can aid spell stabilize a character?
Meaning -1 hp aid spell for 10 temp, will it bring the player back into the fight?

Yes. Keep an eye on them though since the hp are only temporary (so are lost first) and will disappear at the end of the spell, so they will need to be healed or stabilized after they vanish.
