Looking to compile a list of things that improve or somehow change how aid another works. All first party 3.5, unupdated 3.0, web archives, and dragon/dungeon mag is fair game.

So far this is what I have. Any additions are welcome.

Changeling Rogue; substitution level
Get a scaling bonus to all knowledge checks. When using aid another on a knowledge check, this bonus is also given to the ally.

Clarion Commander; feat
Using the pile on tactical option allows you to make an AoO if you assist on the attack roll and the ally hits a target you also threaten. The hit must be done before your next turn but technically does not have to be the attack you helped in. Only one attack can be gained this way.

Climbing Squad
If the climb leader reaches the top or a safe point, he may aid another to grant teammates a +4 instead of +2. Members after the team leader only take a -2 to accelerated climbing. Team leader must use a move action every turn for this to give benefits.

Aid another at 60ft for attack roll/AC if ally can hear and understand you.

If someone provokes an AoO from you, you can replace it with aid another against that target.

Special 100gp non-magical holy symbol that only works for clerics with the protection domain. The wielder gains a +1 circumstance bonus on his attack roll when using aid another to give an ally a bonus to AC.

If you take improved familiar and have a raven familiar, if you make a knowledge check in which you have at least 1 rank, it may make an int check DC 10 to give you a +2 bonus.

Joint Grapple Escape; teamwork benefit
If you aid another to escape a grapple in their grapple or escape artist check, ally gains a +4 bonus or your strength mod, whichever is bigger.

Prime Underdark Guide; PrC
One class feature allows aid another to allies within 30ft that can see or hear you, another allows you to apply this to one ally per class level. Only applies to certain skill checks.

Can aid another on each other to make their "Intercession" ability more powerful. It's a pseudo-like turning effect that gets increased cleric level from the aid another.

Can aid another on other sand hunters on attack rolls for +4, or on grapple checks to give a +2 to pin the opponent.

Stalwart Defense; feat
When an opponent you threaten attacks one of your allies, you can use it to make an aid another for that ally to boost his AC. 1/round limit per foe.

If an ally gives you an aid another on your attack roll against a foe you both threaten, you make a melee attack as a full-round action. If you hit you get a free bull rush with some modifications.

Monster that turns into a +1 longsword. Can aid another its wielder.

Clarion Commander (ToB, feat) - if you use aid another to help an ally with a melee attack on a foe you both threaten you get an AoO if your ally hits

Hindering Opportunist (PH2, feat) - when an opponent provokes an AoO from you you can replace that attack with an aid another action targeting that opponent

Stalwart Defense (PH2, feat) - when an opponent you threaten attacks an ally in melee you can give up an AoO to give the ally +2 AC on that attack

Spellcaster Support (OA, feat) - use aid another with a spellcraft check to increase the save DC of an allied shugenja's spell by 2

Wolfpack (RotW, feat) - if an ally you threaten an opponent with uses aid another to boost your attack you can attack as a full round action and get a free, boosted bull rush attempt if you hit

Joint Grappe Escape (DMG2, teamwork benefit) - if a member of the team uses aid another to help another member escape from a grapple the helped member gets a bonus on his grapple/EA check of +4 or the helpers Str-mod, whichever is higher.

Joint Ram (HoB, teamwork benefit) - if your team uses a ram to destroy an object they get +2 to damage for every team member helping. If a team member tries to break down a door or ram something he gets a +4 on the check for every team member assisting with aid another

Superior Team Effort (PH2, teamwork benefit) - any team member using aid another to help another team member only needs a DC 5 check to succeed instead of DC 10

Team Melee Tactics (PH2, teamwork benefit) - whenever a team member uses the aid another action to grant another member a bonus on attack rolls that bonus increases by 1

From champions of valor, vigilant eye of helm - 3rd paladin sub level makes it a move action.

Dragon 343, aid giver feat.

Outcast Champion 4 - Teamwork: when you - or any ally within 30' of you - using Aid Another for AC, attack roll, or skill check - it gives +4 (instead the usual +2)
Prime Underdark Guide 1-2 - Aid Another Nearby: can use Aid Another for Balance, Climb, Jump, Survival, Swim, or Use Rope checks from up to 30' distance; Aid Group: as the previous, except simultaneously helps up to 1 creature per class level with every use of Aid Another
Purple Dragon Knight 1 - Heroic Shield: Aid Another for AC gives +4 (instead the usual +2)
Windrider 2 - Mount Assistance: +4 (instead the usual +2) to AC, attack roll, skill check, or ability check of your Mount

The Great Ally extraordinary racial ability of a KENKUMM3 increases all aid another bonuses to +3, regardless whether the birdy offers or receives aid.

Ways to receive the Aid Another benefits:
Handle Animal, tricks (Complete Adventurer) - Assist Attack, Assist Defend, and Assist Track
Improved Familiar, Raven (Dragon #331) - Raven uses Aid Another for your Knowledge checks
Yugoloth Battleloth, Sword (Dragon #306) - when you wield it in their Sword Form, they can use Aid Another for your attacks with it

Teamwork Benefits:
Climbing Squad (Dungeonscape) - leader can Aid Another for +4 bonus on Climb checks to other members of the squad
Joint Ram (Heroes of Battle) - +4 bonus for each character which participating in the ramming (DM is supposed to limit the maximum possible number of participants)

Arvoreen's Keeper PrC (Dragon #321) - 9th-level Team Player CF: Aid Another gives +4 bonus (instead the usual +2)

Monsters using Aid Another:
Quell (Libris Mortis) - if Quell uses Aid Another for Intercession SA of another Quell, it grants +1 "effective cleric level" to the Intercession of this Quell (Intercession is a "turn divine spellcaster" - affected characters are unable neither cast their spells, nor Turn/Rebuke Undead)
Sand Hunter (Sandstorm) - if Sand Hunter uses Aid Another for attack of another Sand Hunter, the bonus granted is +4 (instead the usual +2)

The annoying thing about most abilities that increase the bonus from Aid Another is that they reset it from +2 to a higher number, rather than grant a bonus on top of the +2 - which means most of them don't stack.

I think I found one not on the list - Noble 4 (Coordinate): +1 to aid another, which increases by another 1 every 4 levels. The wording is a little odd, but I think this is what it does.

Changeling Rogue substitution level (Races of Eberron):

Minor Lore (Ex): Thanks to his varied personas and pursuits, a changeling rogue picks up bits of stray knowledge. Beginning at 3rd level, he gains a +1 bonus on all Knowledge checks (though this bonus doesn't change an untrained check to a trained check), improving by +1 every three levels thereafter (to +2 at 6th level, +3 at 9th, and so on). In addition, whenever the rogue successfully aids another character's Knowledge check, that character can apply this bonus on his check result (in addition to the normal bonus granted by the rogue's aid another attempt).
This substitution feature replaces the standard rogue's trap sense ability, which can never be gained at later levels.
