Hi all,

I'm playing a Dhampir oracle, and we just started Mummy's Mask. I have a "Weakness to Consecrate" that says I "take a -1 penalty to their caster level whenever they are in an area affected by consecrate, hallow, or a similar spell that makes an area holy."

In the campaign setting it states that the entire city of Wati that you start in was consecrated millennia ago, but I don't see anything about an ongoing spell, which makes me think that 'technically' I'm ok.

Can I please get your thoughts? Am I being too rules lawyer-y?

This falls firmly into "ask your DM" territory. I don't think there's any guidance in the AP regarding whether the city is consecrated or consecrated.

Given the area of effect of the Hallow and Consecrate spells, I find it highly implausible that the Pharasmins have covered the entire city in those. A few major buildings, sure, but everything? Nope.
