As the title says, trying to recreate Danny Phantom from the kids cartoon show as a Spheres of Power character. The thing that I am stuck on is getting him the ability to become incorporeal. If there is a class feature or sphere talent that allows it to happen, I have not been able to find it. Ideally this is for a level 10 build. Any casting class or prestige class with casting that has the ability to turn incorporeal will be considered as any spell casting is going to be traded out for sphere casting, 3/4th base attack progression is preferable.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Might want to check out the Wraith class. Take a look at the Unbodied archetype as well.

Danny Phantom can:
Walk through walls
Disappear
Fly

He is much more unique than the other guys. Unless those other guys are all Wraiths.

He also has laser beams (Destruction Sphere, pick your poison on damage. Maybe Force?), freezing breath (Nature, Water Package, Freeze), the ability to sense undead (Divination, access to the Death Sphere), and the Ghostly Wail (Destruction, Sonic, Sculpt Blast for the Cone).

You'd also want to dip into Illusion for some of his weird ultra-specific powers like voice changing.

Cannot believe I missed the Wraith class. It is perfect.

He has his generic ghost ray but he's also done electrical, fire, and cold damage.

Light sphere for the photokinesis.

Telekinesis sphere for the telekinesis.

Protection for the ghost shields

The limitation has become the number of talent he can get. As a level 10 wraith, including the talents gained from just being a caster and the haunting path bonus talent, he has 10. I could spend his 5 feats on extra magical talents, but I am not sure if I want to do that. So, I am going to try and give him the abilities I feel are the most important as some things will need to be cut regardless.
Spheres of origin is on the table though, And I got him to be a bioluminescent being.

It costs in feats and spell points, but you could expand your versatility with Spell Dabbler and Spell Adept (http://spheresofpower.wikidot.com/ritual-feats).

It allows you to prepare your rituals like a wizard preparing their spells.

So if there are some tricks you'd want up your sleeve you can arrange it.

Not as nice as flex talents like a Sphere Arcanist, though.

That could work.
Mind it would require planning ahead of time, something Danny is not used to doing as a character, but I think it could be beaten into his skull.
