Keeping the little guy down

Hello all.

I was recently making a tiny sized character, but was unable to find the bonuses that are granted by smaller/larger sizes beyond small and large. Specifically I would like to know where (if at all) these values are listed, such as bonuses to hide and attack rolls etc.

Does anyone know where (or if) such a table exists?
