I'm especially interested in LN and CN ones. I've only found Wee Jas and Norebo.

If we’re talking the core deities, I would imagine a few gods there would get along- maybe even work together. A partnership of Kord & Heironeous springs to mind.

Being evil, I can see few of those beings collaborating in anything, unless it’s a common enemy. Possibly Hextor & Erythnul, since both are geared towards war and battle. And even then, one might backstab the other when they are no longer useful.

I was somewhat aware of Wee Jas & Norebo, but never truly followed on them.

For a Forgotten Realms example, Tempus is the CN god of war, and is the boss and mentor of the Red Knight, LN goddess of strategy.

The Faerunnian Orc Pantheon has a lot of this going on too. Gruumsh's wife Luthic is LE, as is his mostly reliable but secretly duplicitous and usurping right hand general Ilneval

Not in 3.x sources. Luthic and Ilneval are NE, not LE. And in 2e sources, Gruumsh is LE himself, so it doesn't matter.

One of the elven gods (military strategy and tactics) is LN and gets along with the CG elven gods.

That's Vandria Gilmadrith. In 2e there was another LN elven god who also had positive, if distant relations with the rest of the pantheon: Darahl Firecloak, a god of earth and fire.

Corellon Larethian (CG) is on good terms with the leaders of the Dwarven and Halfling pantheons (both LG) at least in FR (F&P p.126). According to a 2E product (Demihuman deities) this is because he's afraid of human expansionism.

In general, I don't think it's particularly unusual for CG and LG deities to work together, as their shared opposition to evil can override their different ideas of how best to do good. CN and LN allies are a lot rarer I think, except in special circumstances (such as the imprisonment of Tharizdun which involved deities of all alignments working together).

Some LN gods just keep their heads down and do their jobs impassively, without any special animosity towards CN gods. Not sure if “meh” counts as “getting along” though.

Yondalla (LG) and Dallah Thaun (CN)

Given that Dallah Thaun is Yondalla's own "shadow side", so to speak, I'm not sure that counts.

Tome of Magic details an alliance between four churches of distinct alignment to take Pact Magic down a peg: would that count?

If other settings are allowed, Pathfinder's is FULL of them: for example, Torag (LG god of dwarves, strategy and the forge) is drinking buddies with Cayden Cailean (CG god of alcohol, freedom and bravery). The LG Iomedae (goddess of valor, justice and rulership) considers the CG Milani (minor goddess of hope, devotion and uprisings) to be her "sister" as well (they had the same divine boss, the LN Aroden, before he died and Iomedae ascended to his place in the main pantheon).
