Midnight Occultist Complete?

Howdy!
I am looking for the completed version of Midnight Occultist (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=157493&highlight=Midnight+Occultist). A prestige class combining Binder and Incarnum by Dragoon Wraith.
Does anybody have a good link or know where I can find it? A friend of mine wants to play it and we would prefer to not have to develop the unfinished vestige options if they already exist.

Fax Celestis I believe worked on it years ago, but his wiki is not working at the moment.
Anyone able to help?
