Non-Vancian Spell Systems

Does anyone have non-Vancian magic system they like that works with 5e? Not looking for something to replace the existing system, this would be to provide some rules structure to things like Hag Magic or the True Dweomer system from 2e for those slow spells (minutes or hours to cast) that require multiple people to cast and may have plot driving effects.

Not d&d but fairly balanced with it. Here's the summary of the system.

Words of power are magical incantations that, when combined together in specific combinations, create magical spells and effects. Each word of power can be classified into 3 types: Element, Shape, and Enhancement, the details and examples of which are written below. Words of power may also require mana in order to be combined and cast.
