d&d 3.5 help with classes that offer access to wizard spell list

as the title suggests I would appreciate help with classes that offer access to wizard spell list...

preferably base classes over prestige classes, but in the end it needs to gain access to at the very least level 5 wizard spells

Obviously we are not being a wizard.

no drag mag, no 3rd party anything, no homebrew, no magic items, presume all PRC prerequisites can be met.

What do you need it for exactly? Chances are there's a much easier way to get what you're specifically looking for. Either way Ranger and Paladin can get wizard spells up to 4th with SotAO. Hexblade also gets spells up to 4. Not a ton of classes get just up to 5th. Chameleon (PrC not base) gets 6th level wizard and cleric and bard and… well you get the idea it gets all the spells. Beholder mage gets accelerated wizard progression but getting that on a PC takes a masters degree in cheese. Sorcerer obviously. Factotum kinda? Favored Souls of Bahamut can get a small list of wizard/sorcerer spells. Sha’ir gets the entire wizard list but that’s dragon compendium so it skirts the line of dragon mag. Erudites can grab them. Archivists with enough jank can also get them.

Do you need the entire spell list or particular wizard spells on it? Do you need the actual spells or just to use magic items keyed to those spells (which the magic domain of clerics would grant)?

Afaik the only classes that fit your parameters aside from Wizard and Sorcerer are Sha'ir, Mage of the Arcane Order, Chameleon, Sublime Chord and possibly Shadowcraft Mage (conjuration and evocation only and not real access though).
And the Spell domain of course.

If you only need a specific spell or handful of spells there'd be more options, but if you need the entire wizard list that's about if you don't allow dragon mag content.

As to TC, I'd agree with what everyone else has said. Tell us what you'd like to do and if there are any particular spells you want on your spell list. That way, everyone can give you specific recommendations for feats or classes that would do what you want.
