Need some help looking for a prestige class.

It needs to tick the following boxes:

Fully advances divine casting (even if only for a dip)
Has at least 6, or better yet 8, skill points/level
Does NOT have any racial reqs
Able to be entered by a single-classed Archivist
Preferably not setting specific

So far I've found Keeper of the Cerulean Sign (10 levels) and Shadowbane Stalker (3 levels).

There's also Fochlucan Lyrist, but the reqs make it impossible, or at the very least very difficult, for the build I have in mind.

And then there's "Enclave Master" adaptation of Merchant Prince but 1. adaptations are not universally approved at our table, and 2. is in a FR splat book.

Have I missed any?

Cheers - T

Only other one I found that doesn't have racial prerequisites is Heartfire Fanner. (Dragon 314)

I think there's only 3 PrCs in existence that have 8 skill points/level (Cerebrex, Uncanny Trickster, Artist's Vengeance) and none of them meet your listed requirements.

You might check Troacctid's excellent spellcasting spreadsheet and see if I missed anything: https://forums.giantitp.com/showthread.php?493135-List-of-all-3-5-prestige-classes-that-progress-spellcasting

Divine Prankster is nominally for gnomes, but there's some text suggesting it could be available for others.

Magic Filcher (Dragon #310) - for a dip (3/5 progression); required arcane spellcasting, but can progress any

Courtier (https://web.archive.org/web/20161031222406/http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fey/20030905a) - for a dip (2/4 progression); required Leadership; no, you don't need to be a Fey to qualify - see Unseelie Court Member (https://web.archive.org/web/20161101074242/http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fey/20030815a)

If you can agree to Stoneblessed entry (your character isn't a Dwarf, right?), then Dwarven Chanter (https://web.archive.org/web/20160212094048/http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/prc/20061128a) get full spellcasting progression and 6+ skill points

Technically, Agent Retriever meets your criteria, but I doubt it will be useful to you.

Ardent Dilettante almost fits, but is only a 9/10 casting progression and may not be fully progressed by a single-classed Archivist without cheese (that is, to treat its casting as arcane)

You don't need any real cheese for Ardent Dilettante. You can get to 6th without any arcane spellcasting, and anyspell gives you all the arcane casting you need, since it advances whatever type of casting you happen to have (that is, if you think anyspell works with non-domain slots).

My main issue with Ardent Dilettante for this build is it loses a caster level right up front...
