alignment rules interactions

I know there are less actual rules interactions with the alignment system than there used to be; Detect evil and good just spots outsiders, holy spells target creatures of the casters choice instead of aligned targets, and so on.

What are the actual mechanical parts of 5e that interact with the alignment system?
