Most wizards seeks understanding their magic or learns the tricks that will grant them an edge, some of them will even go as far as remaking the spells they study or influencing reality through tricks outside of the norm.
Those from the school of discipline are not like that at all.
Instead of understanding how magic or spells works they just learn the motions and repeat them over and over endlessly to hone them through practice, they will look at spellbooks and instead of reading all the pages describing the flow of magic or the incredible truths of the world just skip to the pages telling which moves to do and words to say.

Level 2 features.
No Upcasting: Variation being anathema to those of the school of discipline, you do not learn how to improve spells fluidly as needed.
Extra first level spell slot: you gain an additional first level spell slot through hard work.
Extra prepared spells: Due to your regular drills, you are so familiar with your spells so you can prepare a number of additional spells equal to your proficiency.
Level 6 feature:
Extra second level spell slot
Level 10 feature:
Extra fourth level spell slot
Level 14 feature:
Extra sixth level spell slot

Any comment about this voluntarily extra simple school?(is it too strong or too weak?)
