Uncommon wondrous item
This item looks like a small black rod with metal mesh in a dome on one end and has a button on the other end. When pressed, the item floats in the air in front of you and a ghostly band of musicians appears behind you. This has two effects: First, the band will accompany you for up to one hour as you play any proficient musical instrument or sing. You can choose the style from the ones below or another similar thing (with permission from the DM). You can change the style at will during the duration. Second, your performance can be heard up to 300 ft away if you so choose.
Styles
* Ominous Latin Choir: This choir of robed figures chants in a pseudo language that sounds ominous and villain-worthy. Comes with ominous organ music.
* Rock Band: This one goes up to 11. Amplified lutes and drums with extra distortion
* Chamber Orchestra: Classical. Literally. Go for Baroque with this one.
* Barbershop A Capella: Four guys singing counterpoint.
* Big Band: Brass, wind, the works.
* Jazz: Smoooth. Or experimental. As you choose.
