Pretty much as the title asks. I just have no idea.

Like Warforged, I could see Autognomes having very utilitarian names, like Gear, Will, Unit, or Switch.

They might also have names in Gnomish to reflect their origins/creators. There are gnomish dictionaries online that you could feed meaningful words into and get something that sounds decent.

If he is going to pick up the Fly spell, have you considered Bubo?

I played one just recently, until he died on the astral plane. His name was Garl Glittergear. He was constructed to further the faith of Garl Glittergold, but errant energies from Mechanus meant things went otherwise. He was fun.

I think Navigator, or Navi for short, is a nice name.

He could insist people listen to him.

I always like alphanumeric names that presumably are some kind of acronym or serial number, but can be read as a regular name, leetspeak style.
J0 (Joe), ED-E (Eddie), H31-D (Heidi), that sort of thing.

Peter.

No, seriously, that's the first name that came to mind. I don't know why.

My first thought with all the double mechanical stuff was a name that'd speak to stuff breaking down somehow. Reminded me of the old car joke that Ford stands for Fix Or Repair Daily, which would also be an homage to the Hitchhiker 's Guide character. I'd go Ford.

Metrognome?

I think this would be an amazing autognome bard name... hmmm. I may be making a different character than I originally thought up.

I feel like there's a good Autobots pun-based tie-in here.
*Optimist Rhyme
*Optimal Grime
*Obstinate Time
*Opposite Brine
*Obstacle Crime

The list could go on for a while - but if you miss the opportunity to say "AutoClocks Assemble" during this campaign... you've passed by a great thing.
