So, I have a question, if you're playing an Astral Self monk and you grapple an enemy while you have a reach of 10ft. Does the grappled creature stay 10ft away from you?

The target just needs to be/stay within your reach.

Thank you. That's what I wanted to know.

To clarify, your reach doesn't universally increase with Arms of the Astral Self, your reach when making an unarmed strike is increased. Your reach to grapple remains the same.

The ability to use Wisdom for your Strength checks/saves is also separate from being required to use your Arms, so even if you grapple without them (and it's unclear whether you're actually able to grapple with them at all) you're still permitted to use Wisdom while they're active.

Additionally this reach increase is only on your own turn, so even if it all does work they would be out of your reach after the end of your turn.

^ Above might be why they're revising the grapple rules in 5.5e to use unarmed strikes.
