Factotum 1 Swordsage X or Swordsage 2 Factotum X for Human Scout build

So I’m planning on rocking a atrength focused human who wields a spiked chain. I like the +2 trip synergy with Setting Sun Manuevers and unfortunately, DM has ruled that Sneak Attacks only hit once per round due to the Volley Rule (vague and confusing) in the Rules compendium. At the very least, strength builds only need power attack to take off.

My stats are 18, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11. Gonna need to take Able Learner if I go Swordsage focused for getting the proper skill progression. Rocking chain shirt until I can get some Mithral Breastplate.

I can only get one flaw feat, so what are your guys’ thoughts

The volley rule p42 of the RC specifically mentions it doesn't apply to full round actions (such as a full attack).

The classic trip chain builds use Crusader rather than Swordsage since you want Thicket of Blades stance (and find a way to get bigger like Enlarge Person for extra fun).
