simple enough here Lets say I have a sword, it does Slashing damage.

somewhere IIRC there is either a feat(s), or magic item(s) that can make it so the said sword can Piercing, Bludgeoning as well, this may or may not allow all 3 take place at the same time, but have the option to switch it up.

I know Pathfinder has weapon versatility.. but this is not pathfinder nor is pathfinder or any 3rd party allowed

so if you great folks of the playground know how to get Slashing, Piercing, Bludgeoning onto any weapon that has any of these types already that would be appreciated.

Not exactly what you're asking for, but I know that the Morphing weapon ability (from Underdark) lets you change a weapon into any other weapon of its type (light, one-handed, or two-handed) as a standard action. So your longsword (one-hand, slashing) could change into a warhammer (one-hand, bludgeoning) or a shortspear (one-hand, piercing); but not a dagger (light) or a spiked chain (two-handed).

The spell Earth Hammer (Paladin 3/Cleric 5) makes a weapon do bludgeoning damage at +1 size and bypass DR/adamantine rather than whatever normal damage & material property it has.

Off the top of my head, the Versatile Unarmed Strike feat lets you choose the damage type that your unarmed attacks deal. It doesn't apply to swords, unfortunately, but otherwise the effect looks like what you've described.

hrm, maybe Aptitude magic weapon property + Versatile Unarmed Strike

In a similar vein, the Brambles spell makes a wooden weapon do bludgeoning and piercing damage for the duration.

The Spinning Halberd feat allows you to make an additional attack with a halberd that does bludgeoning damage.

Similarly, the Haft Strike feat allows you to make an additional attack with a pole arm, that is treated as a strike from a club.

I was also going to mention the Shadow Striking weapon quality, but that only applies to alignment or substance based DR, not slashing/bludgeoning/piercing.

There is a weapon. It’s a bite natural attack

Well, if we're talking individual weapons, there's the supremely silly Executioner's Mace from the Age of Worms adventure path in Dungeon mage. This may or may not be considered official material, depending on your table.

It's a martial weapon does does all three weapon types (B&P, or B&S), 1d10 damage, x3 crit.

Completely out of line with all other martial weapons, IMHO, and even pretty good if it were an exotic weapon.

I was also going to mention the Shadow Striking weapon quality, but that only applies to alignment or substance based DR, not slashing/bludgeoning/piercing.

Actually, Transmuting weapon quality is a bit closer to what OP is looking for. Automatically adapts to whatever DR type the target has on a hit, and stays that way for 10 rounds.

Epic destiny (https://web.archive.org/web/20090419170056/http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/drfe/20080428) Blade of Ragnarok.

Weapon of Ruin (Su): At 21st level, your attacks have abilities that let them bypass some damage reduction. You gain the aligned strike (corresponding to your alignment), epic strike, and magic strike qualities (Rules Compendium, pages 100-101).

You can also emulate a material or damage type on all your attacks. Only one can be in effect at a time, and changing it is a move action. The effect is continuous. You can treat your attacks as bludgeoning, piercing, slashing, adamantine, cold iron, or silver (with no damage penalty).

You also gain the ability to make a Sense Motive check (opposed by the target's Bluff) to determine the damage reduction type (but not amount) of a creature you can see.

Variant: Non-Epic Epic Destinies
Despite the name, it's possible to use epic destinies at non-epic levels. If you don't feel like playing in an epic campaign, you can change the prerequisite of the Epic Destiny feat and the levels at which you replace feats with epic destiny features.

Epic Level
Non-Epic Level

21st
12th

24th
15th

27th
18th

30th
20th

*The 20th-level feature doesn't replace a feat.

Keep in mind that the epic destiny features are much more powerful below epic level! Your game automatically has a higher power level than normal, and the power between characters is very unbalanced unless every character has an epic destiny. You can use tougher monsters to compensate, though you can give XP as though the monsters were lower CR to keep advancement at the rate you want.

This appeared later in the MIC (p.39), with the restriction that it only applies to thrown and melee weapons (and can only morph into other thrown or melee weapons).

In a similar vein, the Brambles spell makes a wooden weapon do bludgeoning and piercing damage for the duration.
The wording here is different: it apparently does not remove the previous damage type.
For the duration of the spell, the weapon deals both piercing and bludgeoning damage.

Thus, if you have a wooden weapon which does slashing damage then cast Brambles, it will deal slashing, bludgeoning, and piercing damage.

A wooden weapon dealing slashing damage could be constructed using the Duskwood special material from Magic of Faerun. Overall, that's pretty handy as it opens up Greater Mighty Wallop for all melee weapons. It makes EWP[Fullblade] possibly worth considering as you deal an extra 8 points of damage beyond what a GMWallop+Brambles would do on a two-handed sword.
